Consider this "retailer hell". Where all the bonehead stories go for eternity to be lamented until the end of time.
Believe it or not there are people out there who do ridiculous things including send back used merchandise, with stains, pet hair, bug splatter, missing tags, hangers & plastic and sometimes use the product packaging as the return box. Yup, we also get yelled at, threatened and have ridiculous demands made. This blog is the silver lining as we will chronicle these gems for the world to see for ever and ever - don't worry we'll never name names.
If you ever have any questions about our policies, this blog can help you realize what not to do and where we will eventually draw the line. The bottom line, is that we value our customers, so long as you don't end up here. Then you're fired.
